R&D Aesthetics was born from a desire to blend compassionate care with the art of cosmetic enhancement. Ryan, our lead nurse, has dedicated his life to caring for others, from supporting individuals with profound disabilities to guiding people towards fulfilling employment. His path led him to nursing, where he now applies his extensive experience to the field of aesthetic medicine.
Meet Ryan
Ryan’s journey is one of passion, empathy, and a commitment to self-love and acceptance. Growing up in the country and working early in community services, he has always known that his purpose lies in caring for people. As an LGBTQIA+ individual, Ryan’s personal and professional experiences have shaped his approach to cosmetic nursing – one that is inclusive, innovative, and tailored to each individual.
Ryan’s qualifications speak for themselves. As a Registered Nurse with years of experience in emergency services, he has the skills and knowledge to ensure your treatments are safe and effective. His cosmetic training was completed with the internationally renowned Derma Medical, learning from leading figures in aesthetic medicine.
